You pay per email written, in packs. No subscription, no fees and no expiry: you buy when you need to, and what you don't use stays for next time.

One credit is one email written for one contact. The more you buy, the less each one costs.

How you pay
Each email Teven writes for a contact uses one credit. Your example email doesn't count, and neither do the first ones you see before paying: you can see up to eight written, for free, to decide whether you like them.
Once you're happy, you connect your Gmail and buy the pack you need. Payment is handled by Link, from Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You get the receipt and invoice by email.
Prices exclude VAT, which is worked out at checkout according to your country.
What you don't use
Your balance never expires. If you buy 100 and your list has 60 contacts, what's left over stays in your account for your next list, with no deadline.
If you already have credit from a previous time, it's used first, and you only buy another pack if it isn't enough.
What you're not charged for
- If Teven can't write an email, its credit goes back to your balance.
- If Gmail rejects an address when sending, its credit goes back to your balance.
- If you stop a send halfway, the emails that haven't gone out go back to your balance.
A written email does count even if you discard it during review, because it has already been written. And bounces that reach your inbox days later can't be seen by Teven, because it doesn't read your email.
Refunds
Credits are made available to you as soon as you pay. So, when buying, you accept that immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.
We refund unused credits if Teven fails: if we shut the service down or an error on our side prevents you from using them. Write to us at support@teven.es.

Limits
Up to 2,500 recipients per send, the same as the largest pack.
Emails go out one at a time from your Gmail, with pauses between them and a daily cap of about 120, to protect your account. A list of 600 takes under a week; you don't pay more for it.
Questions about pricing
You: Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
Teven: No. You buy a pack when you need it and that's it. There's nothing to cancel.
You: Does my balance expire?
Teven: No. What you don't use stays with your Google account in Teven, and you use it on your next list, whenever that is.
You: Can I try it before paying?
Teven: Yes. You upload your spreadsheet, write your example email and see the first ones written for your contacts. You only pay if you like them.
You: What if my list is longer than the pack?
Teven: Buy a bigger pack, or two. Balances add up, and checkout tells you how many you're missing before you buy.
You: Do I get an invoice?
Teven: Yes. When you pay, you get the receipt and a PDF invoice by email. They're issued by Link, from Stripe, which sells the credits on our behalf.
You: Can I get my money back?
Teven: If Teven fails and you can't use your credits, yes. If you simply don't use them, they stay in your account until you need them.
